Full Birth Package

The Full Birth Package offers comprehensive doula support from the moment you engage my services until hours after your birth. This package includes two prenatal appointments, conducted either in person or virtually, where we'll discuss your birth preferences and create a customized birth plan. Throughout your pregnancy, you'll have full access to me via phone calls and text messages for continuous support and reassurance. Additionally, I provide valuable resources, including a registry guide and labor preparation materials, to help you feel informed and prepared. Starting at 37 weeks, I'll be on call to support you through labor and delivery, offering unwavering support and advocacy. After your baby arrives, I'll stay with you for 1-2 hours, providing assistance with breastfeeding and emotional support as you begin your journey into parenthood. Plus, the Full Birth Package includes one free postpartum visit for further support and discussion about your birth experience.

With the Full Birth Package, you'll receive dedicated, compassionate care throughout your pregnancy and birthing journey. Whether you're giving birth at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital setting, I'll be by your side, providing comfort measures, encouragement, and assistance every step of the way.
